Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At ICONIC SLAYS BEAUTY, all sales and services are final. Refunds are not offered for any lash services once they have been completed. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your lashes, please contact me within 24–48 hours of your appointment. I will gladly assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary touch-up or redo to ensure you leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Please note that deposits are nonrefundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or reschedules made by the client. If a client chooses to cancel or reschedule, their deposit will be forfeited.

However, in the rare event that I, the owner, must cancel your appointment, a full refund of your deposit will be issued.

For training courses, all class deposits and payments are nonrefundable. There are no reschedules permitted, so please ensure you are booking a date that aligns with your availability.
